What criterion do we look for in a Campsite?

1. The camping site must be motorable and our Caravans must be able to reach without any hurdles to the exact halting location/spot
2. The exact halting spot where the bus will be parked must be with fantastic views/scenes like river, lake, valley, mountains, cliff etc. We do not want just trees around the Caravan. Our guests will be staying and living in the Caravans. So magnificient views are important.
3. The halting site must be flat and not sloping. We must be able to halt 2 or 3 caravans at the same time. Each caravan can hold upto a maximum of 4 guests.
4. 230V AC (15 Amp) power and water must be provided to the Caravans
5. The site must have a basic structure for a kitchenette, toilet and shower, for our guests and our crew to use. In the absence of a structure, we can recommend an "In-a-Box" structure that can be dropped off at the site by our partners within 45 days
6. The place must be safe and secure and manned by local folks
7. There must be space for our guests to pitch in additional tents if required.
8. Our crew will pitch their tents and stay at the site. Our crew will prepare food for our guests in the kitchen
9. The location must be favourable for conducting activities like nature walks, bird watching, night sky gazing, biking on cycles, trekking etc
10. Locations within short travel distance to tourist attractions like heritage monuments, national parks & sanctuaries, beaches, hills etc will be an added advantage.
11. Additional items preferred: small generator, mountain bicycles, barbeque grills, bonfire set up, outdoor lounging chairs and tables.
12. Obtain necessary permissions from panchayat & relevant authorities (if needed) to operate a Caravan Campsite
